    Edit... this place has certainly fixed the issues from when i first reviewed them. The staff are all courteous and respectful. They ran through a line out the door in about 10 minutes and everything ordered came out just as expected for my party as well as the people around me. Not only that but they really rewarded me for being a frequent customer by treating me extra special and making this order extra extra special. Awesome ice cream but they never mix up the ingredients with the ice cream enough. It's a ball of ice cream with ingredients rolled around it. Considering the price that's not cool.

    My husband and I walked in 30 minutes before closing to get ice cream after having dinner in the Highlands. There were 3 workers there, including a manager and NO ONE acknowledged us. They continued on with their work packing things up as if they were already closed. We stood there waiting to be greeted and order taken but no one said ANYTHING! We love Cold Stone and frequent this location but we will NEVER be back!

    Bret (I think that's his name) with the cute accent personality makes u want to return to this location although it's 20 minutes away. Thanks for the great customer service

    I got the raspberry sorbet and cookie Dough ice cream and decided to go all out with lots of toppings and the chocolate sprinkle cone which looked tasty, but it all tasted so horrible I was surprised! I should have taste tested both flavors even though I thought I didn’t need to since I’ve had them at other places many times before. The raspberry sorbet tasted like a fizzy raspberry icee and the texture to the cookie dough was so light/whipped and not like ice cream at all. I ended up wasting most of the ice cream and cone I was so disappointed and upset with how expensive it was. What a waste of money. Thought this place was similar to marble slab but it doesn’t even compare. :(

    Parking is awful on busy nights! Ice cream great though. Didn't like the cone cup. It was stale.
